Chimera 2 is an experiment that was completed as part of my Thesis coursework at NYU-ITP.
It is a wearable for the face that is connected to social data streams. Facial subtlety is central to communication, the jaw adds an additional set of expressive and distorting qualities to the face, that of data.
In these examples the lights are dancing, flickering, and pulsing to the rate of a Twitter conversation.
